How to draw ice blocks step by step

1. Sketch the ice blocks as seen on screen.

2. Shade the dark side of each ice block.

3. Shade the middle sides, too. 

4. Ice A is the main subject, so describe it in the most detail.

5. Shade B,C,D as well, darker sides first.

6. Add more detail to A.

7. Work on the darker sides of B, in less detail than A.

8. Work on C and D the same way.

9. To make A stand out, add more detail. Use a vinyl eraser to describe bubbles in it.

10. Work on the brightest sides of B,C,D.

11. Finally, draw shadows around the ice blocks.
